The China-based water treatment and clean energy company attracts strong demand for its top-up placement, while Korea’s Doosan Infracore sees a more muted response to its $400 million GDR sale.
Taiwan’s Hermes Microvision and some of its pre-IPO shareholders raise $292 million, while Korea-listed Kolao and its chairman bring a $150 million deal.
The hard-underwritten transaction came at a 6.5% discount and is believed to have been somewhat short on demand. Separately, a pre-IPO investor in Taiwan-listed Ginko raised $100 million from a well-received block trade.
