Ant Financial is officially the world’s most valuable unlisted company after it completed in early June what could be the last private funding round ahead of its highly-anticipated initial public offering.
The Hangzhou-based company is now worth over $155 billion after snapping up a record-breaking $14 billion from institutional investors in the world’s largest ever round of private fundraising last year.
