Action aplenty at SunGard

Firm launches AvantGard GETPAID to Asian clients, while also boosting its regional support team.

SunGard has boosted its product offering in Asia-Pacific, rolling out new solutions to clients in the region and adding dedicated staff to support existing solutions. The latest move by SunGard follows an active few months for the software and technology firm, which has appointed new sales managers in India and Taiwan on the back of bolstering its treasury expertise in March.

For the first time in Asia, SunGard will offer AvantGard GETPAID to clients, which has been available in markets such as the US for some time. The solution is marketed as a collaborative financial management solution that automates workflow to manage the entire order-to-cash process.
