Clifford Chance has announced a changing of the guard at the top of its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Asia, with Martin Rogers taking over the mantle from Denis Brock. Rogers will take on the role of regional head of Clifford Chance's litigation and dispute practice, while Brock will relocate to the firm's London office.
Rogers takes the position after joining Clifford Chance in 2002 from Herbert Smith. Presently, he co-leads its Asian financial services regulatory group and also practices in insolvency work, general commercial litigation and arbitration. Primarily, this requires a focus on advising investment banks, commercial banks, corporates and regulatory authorities.
