Lee leaves Lehman for Deutsche

Deutsche gains new ECM director.

Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Edward Lee as a director in the bank's Asian equity capital markets division. Based in Hong Kong, he will report to Rowena Chu, Deutsche's head of ECM, Asia.

Before shifting to Deutsche, Lee was a senior vice president for Lehman Brothers' Asia equity capital markets group. Prior to this Hong Kong based role, Lee also held posts for Danareksa in Indonesia, Swiss Bank Corporation in Singapore and Baring Securities in London.

Lee began his investment banking career with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Asset Management in 1988, where he was on the buyside. This position was also London based.
