Joe Bauerschmidt has arrived at the Hong Kong office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley McCloy as counsel in a move described by the international firm as strengthening its Asian capital markets practice. Gaining the US-trained lawyer's services from February 15, Milbank picks up a seasoned veteran with over seven years of Asian capital markets experience and a total of 13 years of global experience, including participation on more than 50 SEC registered deals.
