HSBC has promoted Elton Lee to head of trade and supply chain of Taiwan, the latest move from the bank after a series of recent hires and an internal reshuffling of its payments and cash management sales team in Singapore.
Lee's responsibilities include driving and managing the bank's trade and supply chain business in Taiwan as well as leading the in-country team of more than 50 sales, product management and client management specialists to deliver innovative trade and supply chain solutions to multinational corporations, mid-market enterprises and small businesses. He filled the position vacated by Holly Liao after she was promoted to head of middle office at HSBC China earlier this year.
