US-based law firm O'Melveny Myers has hired Gordon Ng as a Hong Kong-based partner in its corporate financecapital markets practice, according to an announcement.
Ng was previously a managing partner of Hogan Hartson's Hong Kong office and has more than 17 years of experience in guiding clients through corporate and financing transactions in Hong Kong and China. In the past he has represented both companies and banks with regard to Hong Kong listings, MA transactions and other financing, regulatory and compliance matters.
